This one is a classic family favourite, its the cheesiest and the best.

Ingredients
- 200g Blue Bird Macaroni / Elbow
- 1 Cup Mixed Cheese (Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Gouda), Grated
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoon Refined Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
- Mixed Herbs (To Taste)
- Salt (To Taste)
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions stirring occasionally, until half cooked and keep it aside
- To make cheese sauce, heat butter in a pan add crushed garlic and cook it for 1 min. Combine with refined wheat flour and cook on slow heat till it turns light brown. Add milk, salt, mixed herbs and bring to boil while stirring it vigorously. Slowly add the 3/4 cup mixed cheese so as to make a homogeneous sauce.
- Mix macaroni with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer macaroni with cheese sauce into a baking dish and top it with the remaining mixed cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated oven and thoroughly enjoy!
