Ingredients

  • 200g Blue Bird Spaghetti
  • 1 Large Avocado, Peeled and Cut
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • Red Chili Flakes (To Garnish)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (To Garnish)
  • Parmesan Cheese (To Garnish)

Directions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions stirring occasionally, until al dente or softer according to the desired texture and keep it aside
  • Put the avocado, lemon juice, oil, garlic, basil leaves, salt, pepper, water into a food processor and blend until smooth. Start with ¼ cup of water and then add more as needed to get the desired consistency.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta and avocado sauce. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes and Chili Flakes.
  • Serve Immediately and Enjoy!
